With a burning desire to create a new form of Serbian cuisine at the Club, Branko is infusing local, seasonal and traditional ingredients with the DNA of the world.
In our carefully crafted menu we have kept some revised classics that have become synonymous with Klub Književnika over the years. We also added new dishes, using local and seasonal ingredients, incorporating French cooking techniques, while keeping in mind the influence of two great empires – Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian – whose numerous peoples have shaped the cuisine of the region. All of the above is encapsulated in the signature style of Branko Kisic.
