Restaurant premises

The Club is the heart of the restaurant and the place where the Club began its life.

Located in the basement, for decades it operated exclusively in the evening hours, intended for long dinners, conversation, and unhurried time.

The space has been shaped by time-through wood, velvet, and carefully preserved details that create a warm, bohemian atmosphere.

Thanks to its structure and room layout, the Club allows guests to be on their own in the space, with a greater degree of privacy.

It comprises three rooms that for decades have had their informal names, not based on architecture, but on the people who sat in them.

Adults’ Room

The largest room in the Club.

It was a gathering place for established artists—writers, poets, painters, actors-people who already had their place in the city and in their time.

The name did not refer to age, but to experience.

Capacity: up to 50 guests

Middle Room

The space in between. A place of meeting, transition, and mingling energies—where stories began, continued, or changed direction.

Capacity: up to 40 guests

Children’s Room

The smallest and most intimate room.

Intended for young artists who were just arriving in the city and looking for their place.

Capacity: up to 20 guests

Garden

The Garden is a natural extension of the Club. Over time it was enclosed with glass, and today it operates year-round.

Thanks to the high ceiling and glass walls, the space is always bright and airy.

During spring and summer, the Garden opens further-the walls fold away and the space expands-while in autumn and winter it closes and retains warmth with underfloor heating.

Unlike the Club, the Garden has a more restrained and refined character, with an emphasis on light, space, and airiness.

Regardless of the season, it retains the same spirit of the restaurant-unhurried time, conversation, and a meal at your own pace.

Events

Many occasions call for a meal in a special setting.

In the very center of Belgrade, the Club of Writers can host private and business events for up to 140 guests.

The space and menus adapt to the nature of the gathering – whether it’s lunch, dinner, a cocktail reception or an extended stay at the table.

It is enough to tell us the number of guests, the occasion and the desired format, and we will propose a solution in accordance with the rhythm of the Club.
